Welcome to eTracks. As we begin returning to campus in the wake of COVID-19, it is critical for us to be able to ensure our community stays safe and healthy. While your answers here aren't fully anonymous, we will only use this information to determine whether it is safe for you to come to work.

Use this application to track your status. Once a day, before coming to work, please take your temperature at home, and then fill out this form. If you answer [Yes] to any question, then please do not come to campus. Together we can make returning from COVID-19 both safe and successful.
